Title Collections Inc. has established a Business Continuity Plan to maintain operational resilience during disruptions to our services. While Title Steward is not subject to securities regulatory requirements, we voluntarily align with industry best practices for operational continuity to protect our clients and their collections data.

This plan describes how Title Collections Inc. will respond to and recover from significant business disruptions, ensuring continued availability of the Title Steward platform and its underlying data.

For building- or service-specific disruptions, personnel operate remotely using cloud-based tools and pre-established communication protocols. Platform availability is unaffected in most localized scenarios due to our distributed cloud infrastructure.

Broader Disruptions

For regional or citywide disruptions, our cloud-native platform architecture ensures service continuity independent of any single physical location. Status updates and communications will be provided to clients via the Title Steward website and direct email notification.

Client Data

Title Steward does not hold client funds or securities. Our continuity focus is therefore centered on two priorities: uninterrupted access to collection management environments, and the ongoing integrity and availability of all collection data entrusted to us.

All collection data is stored with redundant cloud infrastructure and subject to regular backup procedures designed to minimize recovery point and recovery time objectives.

Plan Review

This Business Continuity Plan undergoes annual review and is updated as needed to reflect changes in our operations, technology, or risk environment. Title Collections Inc. reserves the right to modify this plan at any time without prior notice.
